Pilot II Overview
TPM Co/Lab™ Pilot II will bring together workforce leaders from across the country for a one of a kind learning experience over an eight-week period to develop TPM solutions that will support the students, workers, and businesses in their community.
Learners have the choice to participate in the program one of two learning styles: either in a cohort that will meet periodically virtually (synchronous) or fully self-paced (asynchronous). For the pilot program, all participants are required to commit to attend one kick-off meeting, one check-in meeting, and one wrap-up meeting. Synchronous learners will have one additional meeting per week with their cohort led by a TPM Faculty member. The program consists of e-learning modules that include a self-paced lecture component, videos, audio, individual and group exercises (for synchronous learners), knowledge check-points, and access to discussion boards with your peers and mentors. The entirety of the program is held in a virtual format.
