TPM Academy of Texas Application

Thank you for your interest in the TPM Academy of Texas. With the support of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, the Texas TPM Leadership Alliance is providing an opportunity for chamber and workforce professionals to receive instruction on talent pipeline strategies and implementation guidance to build stronger talent pipelines across the state of Texas.

Individuals should apply if they are part of an organization looking to use talent pipeline development strategies in meaningful ways during and after the TPM Academy program. We recognize that attending the Academy alone will not result in change for your community—it will require your commitment to identifying, developing, and integrating tactics throughout your approach.

Before you begin your application, please be sure to review all information provided on this page. Because there is no ability to save your work once you begin the application process, we strongly encourage you to prepare your documents and answers to the application questions in advance.

Required Meetings
  • Meeting 1: April 7-8
  • Meeting 2: June 2-3 
  • Meeting 3: August 4-5 
  • Strongly Recommended: Four one-hour webinars at 11AM CT (unless otherwise noted). March 25, May 13 (2PM CT), July 8, and September 9. 
Cost to Attend

$450 per person – The cost to attend does not include travel and lodging expenses (except as outlined below). 

Travel Accommodations: Hotel accommodations are available for individuals traveling more than 70 miles to attend the academy. In addition, travel reimbursement for participants with financial barriers will be available.

  • Window opens: January 24, 2020
  • Applications due: February 21, 2020
  • All applications require a CEO letter of support. 
  • All accepted applicants will be notified of their acceptance by March 6, 2020
