TPM NLN LEADERSHIP

Engagement with TPM does not end after the TPM Academy. The TPM National Learning Network benefits from a peer-to-peer exchange of best practices, networking, and continued learning.

Engagement Opportunities

There are several ways in which practitioners can take on leadership roles within the network. Learn more by toggling on the categories below.

Faculty and Fellows: Established members of the TPM NLN have numerous opportunities to contribute to the field, including providing leadership and guidance as TPM Fellows, as well as TPM Academy facilitation opportunities as TPM Faculty.

TPM Fellows are hand-selected based on their TPM involvement to date and, with that deep understanding of what it takes to implement workforce solutions successfully on the ground, will provide guidance as advisors on the continual expansion of the TPM initiative. This guidance will include feedback on how to maintain the quality of the TPM approach, create new support resources for existing and future network members, and identify innovative practices and audiences for which TPM can be applied.

As part of new TPM Academy participants’ learning journey, they are assigned a TPM mentor to support their learning. A TPM Mentor is someone who has graduated from a TPM Academy, to support their understanding of the framework and have a connection to the TPM National Learning Network. This person also helps provide their real-world experience and guidance to the employer collaborative projects.

The U.S. Chamber Foundation frequently identifies members of the TPM NLN to participate in research and development projects for new TPM learning content, such as for career and technical education, opportunity populations, job quality, and career readiness.
