TPM Academy Cohort XII Application

Before you begin your application, please be sure to review all information provided on the Cohort XII event page. Because there is no ability to save your work once you begin the application process, we strongly encourage you to prepare your documents and answers to the application questions in advance.

Required Meetings
  • First Meeting: February 27-28
  • Second Meeting: May 18-20
  • Third Meeting: July 20-21
  • Recommended: Four one-hour webinars, tentatively scheduled for February, March, June, and August
Cost to Attend

$3,000 per person – The cost to attend does not include travel and lodging expenses. All participants will be responsible for covering their own travel and lodging expenses for all meetings.

Application Window
  • Window opens November 4
  • All applications due no later than December 13, 2019
  • All applications require a CEO letter of support. 
  • All accepted applicants will be notified of their acceptance by January 6, 2020
